đź§ About the Role
In this role, you’ll use your expertise with Travelport to manage travel bookings and assist with a range of administrative support tasks. You’ll be part of a dynamic, remote team, ensuring all aspects of the booking journey are handled professionally and efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Make and manage travel bookings using Travelport GDS
Modify, cancel, and update existing bookings
Ensure all data is entered accurately across internal systems
Verify supplier invoices and maintain booking records
Respond to post-booking customer and supplier queries
Support general admin tasks such as document management, reporting, and internal coordination
Collaborate with team members and external suppliers
✅ What We’re Looking For
Solid experience with Travelport GDS (this is essential)
Previous experience in the travel industry
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable, resourceful, and highly organised
