As an Independent Cruise Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing and selling tailored cruise holidays for your own client base. This role is ideal for driven individuals who excel in customer service, sales, and travel consultancy, and who want the flexibility of running their own business without the overhead.

💸 Commission-Based, Uncapped Earnings

• 50% Commission Split: You’ll earn 50% of the profit on every booking (after card fees and insurance).
  Example: If a booking generates £2,000 in profit, you receive £1,000.

• Milestone Bonus: Increase your commission to 60% after reaching agreed performance targets.

• No cap on what you can earn—the more effort and sales you put in, the more you take home.
